Transportation
If you need a ride to local attractions, dining, entertainment or the airport, we’re here to help. We have taxi cabs, an on-site Hertz Rental Car and Mears non-exclusive shuttle transportation. Give us a call at 407-313-8465 to arrange transportation.
The I-ride trolley is available for purchase to all guests and will take you to the front gate or to many of the shopping, dining and entertainment venues in the International Drive resort area.
Complimentary transportation reservations to Universal Orlando Resort are required through the Universal Vacation Planning Desk in Hilton Orlando’s lobby and must be made in person. Transportation is not valid for groups or special events. Schedule and availability are subject to change without notice.
Daily Resort Charge
$40 Daily Resort Charge/night, plus tax, includes: In-room Wi-Fi, fitness center access, 15% dining discount at resort restaurants & lounge (excludes Tropics and alcohol), daily recreational activities including splash pad, lazy river and equipment rental, (2) I-Ride Trolley passes, 25% off cabana rental, 10% discount on eforea spa services & retail, 25% discount on poolside cabana rentals, local/toll-free calls, recreation arts and crafts.

Choose from several unique dining options ranging from our new sports bar, FastBreak, to Scratch Market, the trendy 24-hour gourmet marketplace. Don’t forget, as a part of your resort charge, you enjoy 15% off at all resort dining outlets with the exclusion of Tropics Pool Bar & Grill and banquet events.

Pool Rules
Pool towels must be returned before leaving the pool area. All hotel guests must wear shoes and proper attire, including swimsuit cover-ups, in all public areas throughout the hotel.
Wi-Fi
Wired and wireless connections are available in your room and throughout most of the hotel. The fee for in-room Wi-Fi is included in your daily resort charge for an unlimited number of devices.
Fitness Center
Access to the Fitness Center in included in your daily resort charge. A waiver form is required and access can be arranged at check-in or during normal Spa operating hours.
Recreation
Amenities include: 2 pools, lazy river, waterslide, Splash Zone, whirlpool, cabanas, fire pits, spa & fitness center, recreational courts including: volleyball and basketball. Equipment rental is included in your daily resort charge.
Check-in, Check-out
Check-in is at 3 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m. We may be able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out based on availability. Give the front desk a call to see what we can do for you at 407-313-4300. Minimum age to register is 18 years.

Allergy Friendly Rooms
Yes, our hotel features a select inventory of PURE Allergy Friendly Guestrooms. Laundry Service
Vacation is no time for doing your own laundry. Check your closet for an order form and laundry bag, and our fast and efficient valet laundry service will have it back to you in no time*.
*Laundry that is picked up by 8:30am is returned by 6:00pm daily, except Sundays and holidays.
Smoking Policy
Hilton Orlando is 100% smoke-free. There are designated outdoor areas available for smoking.
Taxes
$2.25 Destination Marketing Tax plus 12.5% taxes on your room expenses; 6% is lodging and 6.5% is Florida sales tax.
Parking
We’ve got plenty of options for parking, including convenient on-site parking, as well as valet parking for overnight guests and day visitors. We’ve even got a charging station available for electric cars. Self-parking is available in our parking garage at $35 per night plus tax. Valet parking is available on the front drive for $45 per night plus tax.
Weapons Policy
Carrying a weapon on these premises is prohibited and violators may be subject to arrest for criminal trespass under applicable law.
Photography and Videography Policy
Hilton Orlando’s highest priority is the safety and privacy of our guests. Professional and/or commercial photography or videography is not permitted on the premises of Hilton Orlando without prior written authorization from the hotel management, including but not limited to filming, engagement photos, wedding photos, modeling shoots, etc. Drone photography/videography is strictly prohibited. Requests to use any area of the hotel as a location for photography or videography should be directed to the Marketing Team at ORLOC_marketing@hilton.com. If approved, shoots are subject to fees and schedule restrictions.
Pet Policy
Hilton Orlando is ADA compliant and service animals are welcome, however pets are prohibited. We are happy to recommend kennel services located near the resort should you require assistance.
Drone Photography
Hilton Orlando takes guest safety and privacy seriously, and in compliance with Hilton Worldwide, operation of personal Unmanned Aircraft Systems/Drones is prohibited on premise.
